This Privacy Policy applies to the Timely Moments mobile application and related services operated by ZYTRA SP Z O O (the “Service Provider”).
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Precise location is not collected.
Timely Moments does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
No personal data is shared by the Application.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such personal information with third parties.
There is no app-user personal data to retain.
The Service Provider does not collect or store personal data from normal use of Timely Moments on its servers. As a result, there is no server-side personal data retention period for ordinary app use.
If you voluntarily contact ZYTRA by email or another direct communication channel, information contained in that communication is outside normal in-app data collection and may be kept only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, comply with legal obligations, or resolve a support matter.
No account. No cloud profile. No stored app-user record to delete.
Since Timely Moments does not create user accounts and the Service Provider does not collect or keep personal data from normal use of the Application on its servers, there is normally no server-side app-user data deletion request to process.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. If you have voluntarily provided information to ZYTRA through email or another direct channel and want that information deleted, you may request deletion by contacting support@zytra.online. Requests will be handled subject to any information the Service Provider must retain to comply with applicable law.
Children's privacy.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's personal data is not collected through ordinary use of Timely Moments. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through another communication channel, a parent or guardian should contact the Service Provider where appropriate.
Minimal collection reduces exposure.
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of app-user personal data held by the Service Provider is minimal. No security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it does hold.
Notification where legally required.
Because Timely Moments does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting app-user personal data held by the Service Provider is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, ZYTRA will provide notification where required by applicable law.
Policy updates.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by publishing an updated policy with a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a change, the Service Provider will seek it before the change takes effect.
Previous versions may be requested by contacting the Service Provider. This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 11, 2026.
Consent for voluntarily provided information.
If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
